Drunk chickens tomorrow....Any tips?

I have only done them once before and they came out pretty good but always open to suggestions.
Covered them in cajun butter inside and out
sprinkled them with Tony's and s/p
minced an onion and garlic cloves and dropped them in the cans
Put a lil liquid crab boil in the beer
stuffed an onion in the neck hole
cooked over indirect coal for about 2 hours

Sounds good, but,don't forget, the cook has to be drinkin' pretty hard, too, for this dish to turn out right.
...and, you might skip the crab boil on one chicken just to see which one you like the best.

I like to use the crab boil with lemon. Sounds good otherwise.

Use a can of Foster's if you're actually going to use a can as the base. It makes for sturdier cooking.
