I’ll let others give the details, but I can say in my dealing with her, she was just a nasty person. My only interactions with her were terrible. The last one ended with a cursing match.
I said some things I probably shouldn’t have about her looks and sexual orientation. I didn’t return until I heard she was gone.

Here is my experience with her. She used take my high school golf team to matches when our coach couldn’t. She was around us a lot. In college I worked at the island and she would come out there to work with the pro. We have probably played and ate lunch together a dozen times., we’ve met. When the farm opened I went play out there went to tell her hello. She acted like we had never met before and was just plain rude. Then I saw her interactions with others and I said frick this place. She is a bitter and spoiled bitch.

Thought that was more to do with the Wetlands being built because they are so close together.
In any case, I definitely miss Acadian Hills. Played there a lot when I was young.

Same here. I moved back and tried to join right when they were closing. I got to play it one last time before it shut down. I grew up playing 9 with my dad and going swim while he finished 18.

When did you play at Acadian Hills? I was the Golf Pro there from 1990 through 1999. We used to have great 4-Ball Tournaments, did you ever play in them?

I was in kindergarten in 1990
but that would’ve been when I was running around out there. I’ve heard the stories of those dogfights and scat games
