If canker sores continue to give you trouble and over-the-counter solutions don’t work, contact your dentist. I was having trouble with them a couple of years ago and my dentist gave me a prescription mouthwash that was really helpful.

Another thing I do is put the hydrogen peroxide on a Q-tip and then apply it directly to the canker sore. That way you ensure that the canker sore is getting covered in it. Do that at least 2-3 times a day.

I've got a bottle of this stuff at home. It is legit called magic mouthwash.

I recently bit in to something and it cut into the roof of my mouth. Wound up getting an infection and what looked like an ulcer. That mouthwash helped.
