God, I am glad I started watching this show.
Watched all the eps on hulu.com over the last month, and started watching them on FX on Thursdays.
Easily the funniest show I have ever seen, surpassing Arrested Development. Tonight's was money...I lost it for 5 minutes when Charlie smashed the beer bottle over the dude's head.
Unbelievable.

My favorite part was when they did the acapella version of "It's So Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday."

for me it's still 2nd place behind AD but i really never thought another show would make me laugh as hard as AD did.

agreed. Sunny is great, but I wouldn't put it in the Seinfeld/Arrested Development category just yet.

I'm not gonna hate because you don't like the show, but why do you think it's overrated? Just wondering because I have never seen anyone call it overrated.

If anything it's underrated. If it was on HBO it'd be way more popular. Just not on AD's level.

Under rated nationally, but on here over rated. You guys pimp this all the time.
I did a huge season one marathon and I liked a lot of the episodes but some were terrible.
I agree from a National standpoint it is not over rated, but from this site it is.

It's there. It's made it to the upper echelon of comedy, today.
There were a lot of things i loved about AD, but there are an innumerable amount of things i LOVE about Always Sunny.
Will Arnett and David Cross are epic, though. It's a tough call, but i think Charlie may be the best/most lovable man on television.

i'm about 99% positive that was the funniest Sunny episode i've ever seen...there were so many great things about it!

i think this was the best scene in the episode, though:
Charlie-"Well excuse me, Mr. Man. But i happen to think this bathroom is pristine because i worked very hard cleaning it. In fact, it's so clean I think you could eat out of these urinals."
Mack-"No you absolutely cannot eat out of these urinals."
Charlie-"Oh really, what's this?" *Takes bite out of urinal cake.
Mack-"Bro, I just pissed in there... Read More...like 5 minutes before you came in!"

and i agree that it's easily the funniest show on tv at the moment, but not on AD's level...i could watch the same AD episode 10 times, and find something to laugh at that i hadn't previously noticed every time
