European covid restrictions question

So I’m slated to leave for France on June 10 and I’m going to be working there for a little over a month. I originally got 2 vaccine shots back in August 2021 and got the card to go with that. But I see that apparently upon entry in France people who haven’t gotten any covid shots in 9 months are treated the same as unvaccinated. I don’t really feel like getting another shot for a disease I don’t really feel threatened by, so my question is: If I just write in a booster shot on my vaccine card, will I be good to go or could that get me in hot water? Thanks

Just remember… it’s not a lie if you believe it.

I recommend a few things.
1) change your destination to one that accepts your current vaccination status.
2) get the booster so you can go to France.
3) there is usually a testing regime that will allow entry to most countries if you don't meet vaccination standard
4) delay your trip
You may notice committing a crime in both the US and France is not one of those.

Take a Covid test and you are good to do whatever you want in France.

Did you even try to research this? It really is not complicated at the moment. Unbelievable that people would risk so much by blindly accepting the advice of strangers on a message board instead of using a little brainpower.
