Download an app called Bravo Poker. It will list the casinos with live games going and their limits. Should list what days their tournaments are and buy-ins.
Edit: Get a monorail pass to get around as well. MGM has a free one that connects their properties (Aria to Bellagio, Mandalay to Luxor to Excalibur)

Yes. Wynn poker room (at Encore) has a 1/3 game going on pretty much 24/7.
