Both really, just making sure I'm not overlooking some major pain from owning property.

The pond is the only thing I'm not sure of, I don't think I can DIY repair it, not sure how to properly design a spillway and all that. No idea on what I'm looking at cost wise to fix it correctly.

Any recommendations for a pre fab shed?
