Yeah...that's freaking horse shite. It either stays or goes. There can be no middle ground. That's what Casey tried to do and we all saw how much of a success that was. Roe is terrible law and terrible precedent. It doesn't take a legal scholar to realize that the right to abortion isn't found or implied anywhere in the Constitution.

If the Court bends to pressure then pressure will be applied by both sides for every big decision.
Like when a referee changes his call because the coach yelled. Then both coaches feel whichever coach gets the loudest and most out of control will get the call.
