How about the cases where the fetus has “fatal malformations”. You make that woman carry that fetus to term. She only has minutes to say hello and goodbye to that child. Before she holds that baby the Dr has to cover the back of the babies head because it has no skull on the back of its head. The baby dies in minutes.
