I know a guy that worked there.
He said that the son and wife are far more intimidating than Jimmy himself.

Most accounts are that Jimmy is fairly personable, in a horndog sort of way. Frances is hell on wheels and the brains of the operation. Donnie is a tool. They've passed him over in favor of the grandson.
