Bottle of wine or scotch costing north of $100.00.

My dad officiated our wedding so $0.
I think most local pastors will do it for free if you are a member of their church or have family members who are. Normally the grooms dad gives the official a friendly handshake afterwards. That may just be an Alabama small town thing.
I don't think my dad charges people to officiate, but he only does weddings for family and friends.
