I have no problem parking in the way back sometimes their isn’t other options unfortunately

Same. It's pretty rare that I park where there is a car within 4-5 spots of me.

As a kid my mom would spend so much time go up and down each lane trying to find the closest parking spot to the store she could. Always bothered me, in my adult years I definitely just look for an area with plenty of open spots and just walk the extra 20 yards

I typically park just past the furthest basket return (which is usually mid lot) unless the lot is nearly empty. No one else is around, and the basket return is right there after unloading.
