Can someone explain in detail what is “Climate Change” and what is the proper climate?

I’ve yet to hear anyone explain in detail what climate change is and then more importantly what climate can we expect if hydrocarbons/carbon dioxide are reduced to some arbitrary safe level these climate alarmists are recommending? As Whispering Joe so frequented says…..,
I need to know what climate Utopia awaits us for our collective efforts to reduce the insidious pollution from fossil fuels.
Are we looking at some massive reduction in tornadoes? Hurricanes? Droughts? Floods? Wildfires? Blizzards? What type of climate can we reasonably expect if the reduction of carbon dioxide and other pollutants from fossil fuel is reduced by 50% 60% 70?

climate change = an abnormal phenomena in which the climate changes
proper climate = an environment in which the climate does not change; i.e. same temperature year round only seen in Utopia.

I mean, this one should be pretty self explanatory. Its the process in which the forces that impact the Earth's overall climate cause fluctuations back and forth over time.

Yeah, my question for the alarmists is this; Is the concern that CO2 is on a runaway course of increase, and thus spells danger for the future, or is it that CO2 levels are already too dangerously high?
What is the perfect level of CO2 in the atmosphere, if we could dial it up or down?
It seems that the increase thus far has been mostly positive. The small amount of warming has actually occurred in the upper latitudes where the growing seasons have been extended, and the greening of the planet has produced bumper crops and a massive greening on the edges of deserts and such.

Current levels are around 410 ppm
Now, theargument is the highest it has been in 750,000 years.
But, mammals were around before that when. Co2 was in the thousands of ppm range

I’m not a climatologist but wouldn’t it be catastrophic if the earth cooled more than a few degrees, say 3-4 degrees? We’re probably better off avoiding another ice age.

Climate change, ongoing, going on way before us a-holes showed up. The earth don't give a rat fart what we do to attempt to slow things down, she'll do what she wants. The only thing we are good for are arrogant and ignorant attitudes thinking we're making a difference by driving 80 mph golf carts. The laughable moments are the fact that India and China are in the DGAF mode and will roll coal while the U.S. parades flowers, and makes national days of ridiculousness to make the useful idiots feel special. Carry on, George Carlin was right !
