Twenty or so years ago I was referred to a roofer. Couple showed up to give the estimate. They had good really references and could fit into my schedule. Day comes for the install I was amazed to see the wife who was all of 5’ in her boots start running bundles of shingles up the ladder on her shoulders and bossing the crew around. The husband just sat around on his tailgate.

She probably skewed the stats as I can’t imagine she stayed married for long.
