The company I work for sent out an email explaining that Black Lives Matter shirts and logos were permissible, they even gave out t-shirts celebrating the group, but also said that shirts/statements like “white lives matter” or “all lives matter” would be considered hateful and a terminable offense.
I avoid discussions of sex/race/politics like the plage at work - even though work is constantly promoting the latest leftist cause concerning such.

Sounds like a company promoting racism and a smaller bank account . Do this companies not realize that doing such creates a hostile work environment with bigotry and are certainly open for litigation ?

You need to start filing complaints about the overt racism you're facing and the hostile work environment the company is forcing on you. Force them to document your objections and they can't easily retaliate.
Remember Alinsky's Rule for Radicals. Force your enemy to live up to their own standards.
