What has happened to Fontenot?

I was expecting him to be our rock this year either via SP or RP. He’s been inconsistent at best.
Already blowing the lead for us today. Oof. I hope he can turn it around.

Kid was told he would be given a chance to start. Kid "thought" he would start. Is now almost an after thought. Got to be a mind game now. Gotta feel for the kid.

Kid was prob given the opportunity but the kid couldn't capitalize on it. I'm sure they aren't just being mean to him.

Never has had the control to be a consistent shut down guy. Gets in too many hitters counts and puts too many on base

I wonder what happened to his velocity. I think it was his sophomore year he touched 97 a few times and usually sat around 95 with a ton of movement. I remember the announcers talking about his uptick in velocity.
