Yup, weakens Russian infrastructure and puts them on their heels a bit. Also harder for Putin to push the propaganda that Russia is winning to his people when they see Ukraine blowing their shite up.

Sounds like you need a vacation.
I saw the videos. It's 100% a helicopter shooting a depot.
That said, it's very well documented and there are a LOT of videos.
I worry this may be a false-flag, as it appears to be the most well-documented event of the conflict. I've never seen so many videos with so many angles of anything to this point.

Russia hit a major fuel tank farm in eastern Ukraine a day earlier. The major refinery there was shuttered almost a decade ago.
All those old Soviet built refineries are inefficient as possible and cannot compete on the world stage. Same goes for many of the refineries in Russia held together by baling wire
