The pga tour distributes $427 million in prize money. The rest of that money is distributed in other ways.

Caddies are regulated by the PGA Tour more than other support staff. The tour limits the caddies’ ability to advertise and make money. They have to wear the bib the tourney gives them. Establishing some type of retirement plan does not seem like a big ask.

There are millions of Americans that go to work everyday without an employee sponsored retirement plan. And they don’t make 6 figures like these pga tour caddies

Asking is fine. Accept the answer you get. Why is some retired guy from another sport opining about the caddies in golf?
