Hate to say this, but it feels to me like we have seen the "worst" of the Lakers this season.
They appear to be getting better, especially on offense, and Davis could still come back.
I hate it.

They looked better last night and there is one reason. Ewing Theory. They had to share the ball and wound up with 5 guys in double figures.
When James is healthy less guys get to their spots, touch the ball less, get less shots. Less engagement, less intensity.
LeBron could buy into how they played last night, take 13-15 shots a game, get others involved play within the offense and the Lakers would be much better.
Or chase a scoring title.
