So we had a terrible game. Should we call in the firing squad and execute them?

I think Peveto and Mallory are good position coaches but neither of them are d-coordinator caliber.

You mean if you have two coordinators, you have none?

We must have blitzed when I changed the channel in the 2nd and 3rd qtr. I never saw a blitz

Are you fricking serious? Give me a break. You're calling for Miles' head because our experiment with 2 DCs hasn't panned out too well thus far?

I am in no way satisfied with how the defense has performed to this point either, but how about we wait and see how the team adjusts after this loss before calling for heads to roll? Miles has delivered the best three year stretch in LSU history, and you want to get rid of him after one loss (albeit an embarrassing one) if he chooses to see this co-dc arrangement through (which he likely will till the end of the year at least).

Calm down and let's wait to see the response before jumping off the cliff, ok?

I that perception can lead to reality if one watches the signs carefully ..... a few observations:

What happened last night is inexcusable for a program like LSU butstuff happens .... While Coach Miles plays his cards close to the vest one can easily see through the actions of players in certain situations. If one takes all of the evidence into consideration you might be able to ascertain what went wrong and what is wrong .... for instance:

1. Did the week off play into a poorly prepared team or was the team well prepared and flat because of the layoff.

2. Was the lack of pressure on Tebow because of better athletes on the line or poor execution of schemes.

3. Was our inability to run the ball because of a good defense or poor execution of blocking?

4. Were the coaches adequately prepared and was Florida adequately scouted?

5. Maybe it was just a fluke?

Please don't misread my thoughts we lost the battle but the war is not over ..... One never kills a beast like a tiger in one skirmish but if the tiger is sick or diseased on the inside he has no chance long term ....

Nope. It was verification of a DAMN STRONG TREND. Our LB's and nickel/dime cover schemes are really, really bad. The coaching in this area for the last 2 years has been pathetico and mallaricious

Miles is either inadequate in evalaution or too arrogant to admit error in not seeing that a big trend exists, and a big change is clearly needed

This shellacking was totally uncalled for I don't care who was coaching or who was playing for Florida. The CoDC's need to go. Miles made the decision. If he doesn't make the move, HE needs to go.

wow.

after one blowout to a really good florida team you are ready to fire the head coach.

but seriously, can we ban this guy
