They are not starters. What did you expect? They are 7-10 guys off the bench, depending on the match ups.

Naji is on a near minimum contract. He's a bench energy guy. When 4 of your top 7 players aren't out he's perfectly fine giving you spot minutes occasionally.
Devonte does need to be upgraded, but because of injury he also is being asked to do more than you want. He's better off the bench. I'm really curious to see how he plays with Zion on the bench unit assuming Zion comes back before the season ends.

Devonte is a NICE guy.
Read like: My wife's sister has a great personality...
Naji is fine in his normal role, maybe 2-3 minutes of meaningful game time and mop up duty.
Devonte doesn't have a role on this team unless he suddenly comes with a well below average salary to match his well below average shooting and defense.

I'm definitely no expert on this, so somebody can correct this if I'm wrong, but that sounds to me like the only use we might get for him is for salary where the trade is like him and one of our better draft picks for somebody decent?
