Agreed

That's just her way. I don't have a problem with her.

I could see Lindsay, Jenny, and Hai all doing well.

Rocksroy too, he very quickly flipped things when he was a potential target and orchestrated (at least in part) the first unanimous vote off in Survivor history.

Yeah, he was wise to tone down being the "dad"

Jenny and Hai are probably the only two I like so far, though Hai putting blood on himself was really dumb. Way to oversell it. He’s lucky it didn’t bite him in the arse, though that power they got is pretty dumb. I bet it ends up not playing a big part in the season. Too many variables.

Yeah, I agree. And they would have to collaborate somehow. I'm guessing at challenges. Way too risky.

Me too

I haven't missed a season yet. Guilty pleasure for sure.

What's it like to go through life ALWAYS on the wrong side of every issue? Are you that fricked in the head, or just purposely contrary?

Seems the majority in last season’s thread enjoyed the cast and most of the game play. The two biggest complaints were Jeff’s “come on in, guys” moment, and the who the winner was.

I bet it ends up coming into play late when one of them is left and now has an idol. I don't see it coming into play as just an extra vote or steal a vote.

And they really should have left the blood alone. Somehow that didn't bite Hai in the arse, when he miraculously wasn't cut up.

That was such a cringey moment

I miss the days when they had real scrappy survivalists. Too many soys and karens now, who want to be carried to the end. Last year ended my interest, rather watch repeats of old seasons.

It's been since Ozzy was first on since actual survival skills mattered. He was spared elimination early because he was catching fish even though everyone knew he was a threat.

Now, he'd be gone quickly.

The problem with those players is they’ve almost always been very one dimensional. Good at camp and challenges but terrible at playing the game.

Yeah, other than someone like Tom Westman, most have been pretty weak socially. And even the ones with a decent social game like Malcolm or Joe would get picked off post-merge. I don't think someone like JT would stand a chance in today's game, he was even in over his head when he played again.

I would love to see another Second Chance season though with some of those guys that didn't win.

My opinion about returnee seasons is they should limit winners altogether to very rare. I loved second chance and would love to see another one. Though Jeff has said they won't be going back to players pre-40 (highly doubtful that sticks).

I don't believe that for a second. A lot of good people that would be great as returnees in a second chance or blood vs. water season.

I’m not sure this show has much gas left in it. I’m completely checked out of it now. Whatever momentum it had was killed by Edge of Extinction, the Covid break, and Jeff’s desire to be more than a game show host.
