If I'm walking with MsNC at night and spot Hannibal Lecter standing on the sidewalk ahead, I'll walk to the other side of the street. No harm, no foul.
I'm not a big believer in assuming risk with no hope of reward. What was the US reward in bringing Ukraine into NATO?
