Maybe Ukraine should stop paying the Bidens and Romneys and other globalist trash in our government to corrupt them and then maybe I'd care more about propping up their government which is clearly opposed to me.

Yeah... but they talked tough. Biden regime basically said there's no way in hell Russia dares to invade Ukraine... and that we will defend Ukraine at all costs. Ukraine probably stupidly believed us. In that aspect, they are dumber than Russia. Russia knew we were full of shite.
Ukraine getting punched in the face repeatedly, and looking around for the guy who promised to defend it no matter what. Only to find that guy standing very far away, and not doing anything to help. He's still just talking shite.
If Biden regime never planned to actually help... they should have shut the frick up, and not give Ukraine false hope and the illusion of support. Without false hope and the illusion of support... Ukraine probably could have handled everything differently. May have negotiated with Russia prior to the invasion. Not that it would definitely change anything, but it would've given them more options. Instead they listened to our bragging, and us telling them not to worry, we'll definitely protect them.

The question is, "what is the objective?"
War is a tool. Not an objective.
Im not shocked that a Liberal is confused by this.
Biden's objective was peace. He basically allowed an invasion costing thousands of innocent lives.
Maybe peace was only the verbal objective because all of the administration's actions invited Putin.
