I don’t think there is one player that has been a bigger disappointment to put on the uniform. I don’t know if it’s the distain I had for his dad airing out locker room issues every week on radio, but I’m happy he’s gone.

LINK

“BREAKING: LSU CB Derek Stingley Jr. is SKIPPING the NFL Combine and will wait until his Pro Day on April 6th to work out, per @RapSheet.

No. 3 overall on PFF’s Draft Big Board.”

SHOCKER….not

His dream career is to somehow get 2 contracts off like 3 games of good play and the promise of elite play.

Stingley played 22/25 games his first 2 years here and people act like he opted out after his freshmen year.

Literally some of the dumbest fans in the country.

He had surgery and missed a season. You’re a dramatic bitch.

That is not the only reason he’s missed games.

Absolute fricking stud that dominated on an island in our national championship year is the biggest disappointment ever.

You people are unhinged.

You said his dream job is to play 3 games.

He played 22/25 games through his Sophmore year.

You’re just wrong.

Unless he could have played after the surgery, it is the reason he missed games. Sorry he didn’t KEEP playing injured.

Yes, the guy who was an all-American during an undefeated national championship season is the biggest disappointment in LSU history.

That’s one of the dumbest fricking things I’ve ever read in my life. Seek help.

I believe he wants to get paid. And if he can do so with out playing would probably do it. You can’t sit out for 2 years and get paid. I agree he didn’t do that.

He helped us win a natty. Thanks. He will get paid. Congrats.

Never said otherwise

He missed games before that, chief.

That disappointment was a massive reason for our National Championship win.

You’re right he missed the opener in 2020. Then played 7 games. The. Missed 2 with an Injury. You want to claim he just didn’t want to play? Why play the other 7 games or whey coke back and play 3 games this year? Why play after the opener loss to UCLA?

You’re response will be convoluted. Mine is simple, he wanted to play and injuries happen.

And after every one of those games dickheads like you said he was opting out. Then he played 3 more games last year. And only stopped playing when he had season ending surgery.

Do you think the surgery didn’t happen or was unneccisary?

True! He also played his entire sophomore season with a bad ankle and it hampered his play. Nobody gives home credit for playing hurt all year. Then they call him a sellout when he misses the season because he needed surgery.

F’ing ignorant fans who eat their own.
