Germans were wrongly focused on overengineered and built with too much quality, the Russian strategy was to build as much as possible, at the end if the day it didn't matter. A tank is going to get shot up before it fails mechanically. There are books written about this.

Really, you must be kidding. I am sure no one here has ever heard about the overengineering Germany is, well, famous for. Surely the number who have heard the opinion that this was is no small part one of the reasons for their defeat in WWII is even lower.
The overarching reason for their defeat is they picked a fight with too large a chunk of the industrialized world and their allies were too inept or too far away to help them.
