Well this isn’t a good sign
For Putin. Prior to this when has he ever been seen being drug along by another world leader? This abnormal, but as weakness of Putin, not something to be scared of.

Kup'yans'k in Kharkiv region is completely under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Kraken Regiment is well across the Oskil River and taking ground from the Russian fascist invaders eastwards, towards temporarily-occupied Luhansk region.

Putin is in a very precarious position. And he might be dead or deposed within the year.
At first blush that seems like great news. He's emiserated a lot of people including many Russians and Ukrainians.
But what followed his downthrow might be worse. Bigger monsters than Saddam, Uday, and Qusay were nearly impossible to find. But their deaths were tied to an era of chaos and tragedy.
Power abhors a vacuum. The question of how to make Russia and the former Soviet states more stable and better places to live is just as important as stopping Putin's current warmongering.
