I do it every day. It has become my new lifestyle. I honestly don’t count calories at all, but I do limit my intake of sweets. I have also cut out all drinks other than water and black coffee.

I have fasted regularly for over 3 years. Changed my life. Went from 230 to 195 and I’ve been there ever since. No joint stiffness anymore and all my vitals are back within normal healthy range. BP, A1C, blood sugar, cholesterol, all of it

This documentary fundamental changed how I live my life

BBC Documentary on fasting

ETA: I also had plantar fasciitis when I started this thing. Completely went away.
