I don't like when folks use the phrase "each and every" to encompass a group.
"Each" means "every," and "every" assumes "each." You don't need to say both. It doesn't give gravity to your statement; it is redundant and makes you sound stupid.

"New and improved" - Can't be both.
"Could care less" - It's "Couldn't care less" FFS
