I had that problem with FanDuel. The process was pretty simple with them but with Caesar’s it could be a shitshow

Yea had this bullshite happen to me. I originally tried to sign up in November but they needed drivers license and utility bill or some shite so I said screw it. None of the other apps needed anything other than last four of social, so now I’m pissed I can’t get on Caeser’s to use their matches and promos

Same here. I was not verified. Have not looked into what to do next but I am sure it will be the same for me.
