F150 was at least passing vehicles while in the left lane, albeit, not as fast as the Corolla wanted to go.
The truck was passing cars, he has zero obligation to do it faster because the car behind him wanted to go faster.
Initially, there was nothing wrong at all with the truck in the left lane.
People cruising in the left lane is annoying, it happens. I think shitheads like the Corolla driver who are impatient and think everyone has to immediately move out of their way in the left lane happens more often or if not more often, are certainly way more dangerous on the road.

I agree with this, but at the same time once he passed the first SUV in the video, the truck driver had plenty of time to get behind the 2nd SUV (Jeep?) to let the Accord pass. Then again, he was probably worried about the line of cars behind him not letting him get back in the left lane as he was barely catching up to the Jeep
