This whole “He’s ours!” “No, he’s ours!” stuff is getting ridiculous and childish. My God, who cares?? Makes LSU fans look pathetic.

Another one of these SJW type fans. Why do “fans” like you always bash on LSU. The man had his success at LSU and left Ohio State to do it. Why in your mind doesn’t OSU fans glomming on to Joe Burrow now make them look pathetic?

I will never understand your convoluted “logic”.

I’m not bashing on LSU. I’m bashing on the idiots who care that people in Ohio take some pride in one of their own making it to the Super Bowl. The Ohio St fans aren’t responsible for Burrow not playing...that’s on the coaches. If Urban Meyer starts claiming ownership of Joe, that would be another story. And how in your twisted thinking does what I said make me a SJW? If anything, I’m the exact opposite. I’m just a grownup.!

Well here it is right here. You SJW types always act as if you are in some position of authority and are smarter just because you disagree with someone else’s opinion. It isn’t your opinion but your attitude of superiority and attempt to criticize LSU fans for supporting Joe Burrow as one of their own (which he is). He had his success here and Ohio State fans acting like he had any success because of his time sitting the bench in Columbus downplays his true success at LSU.

If any fan supports Joe Burrow because he is from Ohio that’s great but when they involve Ohio State it is total BS. I don’t know why that upsets you so much but it makes no sense at all.

If Max Johnson has success at Texas A&M or TJ Finley wins the Heisman at Auburn are you going to claim somehow it is because they went to LSU and transferred?
That is just pathetic.

I’m pretty confident that I’m not the one who is pathetic. And again, SJW has nothing to do with any of this. Not sure why you keep dragging that out lol.

I explained but if you want to bitch go ahead.

Like I said, if Finley wins the Heisman at Auburn or If Max Johnson leads A&M to the NC and LSU fans jump on the Bandwagon I suppose you would support that.

I think it is lame. Just like Ohio State fans jumping Joe Burrow’s bandwagon. If they are supporting him for being from Ohio fine but to bring in Ohio State is pathetic and it is not LSU fans who are at fault for saying so. If that ruffles your feathers then be ruffled. Have a great day.

Buckeye fans' lessening of Joe as a Tiger is kind of sad and pathetic, but not surprising. Joe is a Buckeye and a Tiger. He lived in Ohio, went to OSU, graduated from OSU, but made his greatest contribution to college football as a Tiger. These two things can both be true at the same time.

I haven't been looking but I haven't seen any OSU fans claiming him. I've seen Ohio claiming him.

ETA: Ohio as in the state not his Dad's former team.

Yet another response from the SJW crowd. You never answered my question.

If Max Johnson or TJ Finley win a Natty or a Heisman and LSU fans jump on their bandwagon (like the Ohio State fans for Burrow) and talk about they were at LSU you would support that.

That is exactly what Ohio State fans jumping on Burrow’s success looks like and it is pathetic. Yet you in your wisdom choose to ridicule LSU fans for calling the Ohio State fans for bandwagoners they are.

Well this is from yesterday and quotes Shaq. Y’all argue with him.

Once again it is pathetic for Ohio State fans to say that Burrow is the 1st Ohio State QB to start a Super Bowl.

I saw that quote attributed to Burrow too saying "its where you finish" but I never saw him say it.

It’s a “quote” and Shaq is quoted as telling Ohio State fans that Burrow’s success was at LSU. If you don’t want to believe it I really don’t care. It is what it is.

God, I just love affirmative action!!

So Meyer chose Haskins because he was Black?

Haskins 2018 Stats: 373comp 533att, 70 comp%, 4831yrs, 50TD, 8INT
Burrow 2018 Stats: 219comp,379att, 57.8 comp%, 2894yrds, 16TD, 5INT

You fools will say anything and even worse idiots will agree with you.

Joe really didn't take off and show what was to come until the Rice game which was game 11.

Meyer Chose Haskins because he thought he was better, and to be fair at that time Haskins probably was. 3 time National Championship coaches don't choose starting QB's based on race. They leave that to stupid fans like yourself and your upvote supporters.

I saw that “quote” that Shaq shared and, for one, I don’t believe Joe said that or ever would say that. I also think it would make him think less of the fans at LSU for repeatedly posting and sharing it. But whatever, I’ve said my piece. I think the whole debate is stupid.

To be fair, there were a few Ohio State fans who came to this board as fans of Joe.
