It's Donald Link, so it's excellent.
Gianna sucks or at least the time we went.
I really like Cochon. Can’t go wrong there.

Disagree. Went in November and had an excellent meal. The meatballs and bread were great, spaghetti and clams excellent, and the shrimp scampi was one of the best I’ve had. The only complaint I could even think of is they nickel and dime you on the menu a bit (charged for the bread and the pasta wasn’t included with the shrimp scampi). Excellent atmosphere, food, and cocktails though.
I like Cochon. As others have said, the wood fired oysters and rabbit and dumplings are must haves.

Gianna got a new chef recently who came over from Cochon and it is a whole lot better than when it first opened. Went last week and the saltimbocca and whipped ricotta with anchovies were absolutely outstanding. The pastas were all very solid as well.
As far as Link Group places, Peche is on a different level, but it's easily a top 5 place in the city. Cochon is really great as well.
