It's not always the location, several restaurants were in the spot Ruffino's is in. Although some good locations seem to never catch on and some bad locations have successful restaurants.

I believe if they have a good product, word will spread around town and people will come.

in the kitchen i've got 7 people right now. i have no clue abou front of the house. but to start we are trying to hire as many people as we can

Sounds good. I work with several restaurants in the Baton Rouge area and help them with some administrative tasks that they are faced with on a daily basis.

My wife and I will certainly be by your place after it opens.

Ask the owner, if you don't mind, if he/she has payroll and workers' compensation taken care of.
