I’m not buying all the Helen Keller stuff

This isn’t discussed enough.
Blind and deaf, (imagine this for a minute. Close your eyes, cover your ears and try to do literally anything), she apparently graduated with a college degree, wrote 12 books, and founded several organizations.
1. How did she even know she was alive
2. If she did know she was alive, how did she know she was human
3. If she did know she was a human, how did she know what humans are?
These are just 3 basic existence questions. We are supposed to believe she was able to not only write, but write 12 books and graduate college? Anybody buying that?

She wasn’t born deaf and blind. It occurred after an illness at a young age.
