What's the story about him for the future?

He won’t miss any more classes. If he does he is done.

Surrounded by better coaches and a better culture of accountability will do him wonders. I think having Cain there will also push him harder in spring and summer and we will finally see what he can do this fall. Excited about the running back room with more depth than we have had the past two years.

Hester on OTB this morning said he went through bowl practices with team and was the best looking RB out there, but it is only practice
I think Emery can be the feature back and now you add Cain who can be the hammer, bigger back to get the tougher yards and was a TD machine at Penn St so can get those tough yards in red zone as well
With TDP gone, you didn't have a power back available

He's had TDP "pushing" him his entire time at LSU. If it didn't happen with him, don't count on it with Cain.

Most talented member of the RB room since he got here (at least in term in what he could do at the previous level).
Made a typical freshman bone-headed decision to not learn the playbook his rookie season (which happened to be the greatest football team LSU ever fielded and probably ever in the sport) and Joe Burrow threw him off the field in the Utah State game in 2019. His meaningful snaps from then on came in garbage time.
Last two years injuries and TDP (and the grade crap this past season) outshined him (personally believe that poor coaching didn't help him develop.
His success will be equal to the work he puts in and what the coaches can get out of him

He will fit in nicely with the new offense and the new coaching staff!

I totally agree with this! Coaching these young men becomes even more vital as they transition from high school to college, away from their families and the stability the family may have had on them. Development of players, not only football knowledge, but lessons in life should always be emphasized.

Great person, from a great family, trying to get things back on board.
