What happened to almost EVERY part of New Orleans?

Or the United States, for that matter; it feels as though the entire country’s infrastructure is crumbling.

Signs of a crumbling empire. Most of it engineered by those higher up the food chain.

Nope. In 2009 we had millions of shovel ready jobs that money was directed to by our government and we spent billions on.
