Actually went into effect today not yesterday in Orleans. Audubon Zoo and City Park will be hit the hardest here again.

I mean places do enforce it, it’s a crap shoot if you aren’t from here and haven’t already been around to see who does or doesn’t.
Plus, what’s the point then? Everyone in your establishment can carry it and transmit it.
