I can't wait until the dipshit rantatds start melting if LSU starts to struggle in any facet of the game in the first 5 minutes when the game is 40 minutes long.

Every single basketball game thread is the same pretty much.
Even though most games start by teams kinda feeling each other out , they still say shite like-“ man , this is some ugly basketball”, “we will lose 10 sec games this year”, “ how is this team ranked”, “days is terrible, take him out”,” God Gaines needs to stay on the bench”
It’s every single game. A couple weeks ago I was following the game thread and not looking at the score on top of the page and trying to guess the score just by the way people were posting. The thread made me think we were down by 15 or so, then I looked at halftime and we were up 3 or something similar

I know that some have said this, but not many have brought it up. The key to our season is Brandon Murray. He is capable of getting his own shot from 3 and driving to the basket to score or get fouled. He may be the scorer we need to take a game over. Eason can’t be the guy all the time , plus Eason isn’t really a shooter .
Maybe if we struggle in sec play or even before that happens, wade will adjust his coaching towards Murray. In other words , it feels like wade could have adjusted the role he wants Murray to play , now that sec play is starting.
I realize we want to be efficient but sometimes it’s good to have a guy like cam Thomas who can score when the games getting away from you.
The point of the post is this, I can’t imagine Murray not taking more shots per game at some point this season

This could be true, but the game thread, for me, is good for following what’s going on in a game that’s not on regular tv , like espn,espn 2 , u , or sec network

It's why they don't let us watch warmups. That first missed layup or jump shot will send us off the cliff.
Glad to see some excitement around basketball again.

I do not disagree with you. I think Murray will start to get more plays drawn up for him as the season progresses. I also think Gaines is going to see more chances after Wade had a chance to fix his jump shot. Expect to see more 3 point shots being made by Gaines going forward.
