If I had to face any one of all those obvious red flags before deciding to proceed I would choose to end the relationship and be alone every day of the week and twice on Sundays.

I am going through a divorce myself so I understand some of what you are going through. With that said, I have zero desire to try and manufacture a new relationship for the sake of saying I am with someone or to prove anything to anyone.

I will admit, especially during the holidays, that there are some aspects of being in a relationship that I miss, but the peace and quiet and ability to not have to entertain or pacify someone else has been well worth it.

I guess I may be different, but after putting up with all the constant bullshite my ex wife brought with her, I may never seek out another relationship. If it happens naturally, I will know. Until then, I am good.
