I am Christian and don't care for Christmas

It annoys me that the birth of our Lord and Savior would be bottled into one day.
The day that was a compromise to those celebrating Saturnalia - a drunken-orgy fest.
The attempt to somehow tie in the birth of Christ and Santa Claus??? Help me!
People go into debt and stress buying stuff that in many, many cases the receiver doesn't like. It's stupid.
If you're THAT gone with the gift giving and breathe by watching your kids open presents then make it about that and leave the birth of Christ alone.
Jesus wasn't born anywhere near this time of year anyway.

Baw, it’s Christmas Eve Eve.
Just enjoy the pretty lights.

The western world has made Christmas about family. Sorry yours sucks.

That's weird because it's his birthday on Saturday.

I think you would probably have an issue that some teenage tramp stepped out on her 30 year old husband, and cucked half the world by saying "god" knocked her up.
But that's just me.

Not gonna lie. This year is testing me
It's still my favorite holiday of all. Although, Thanksgiving is getting harder to beat.

An LSU thread that actually makes sense.

As Christians, the focus and celebration should be on Easter, but Christmas is meaningful and fun, too

Ah...I see you've bought into the secular talking points without doing any kind of research on your own.

Where is your evidence for this assertion?

It’s not bottled into one day. There are these things called Advent and Epiphany.

Do you believe shepherds were in the field in Winter???

BTW, the Pagans sacrificed lives for Saturnalia
