what a fricking joke! matchup between two ranked teams with 1 loss between the two to open up conference play and we’re on ESPNU

ESPNU isn’t a part of the standard cable package for a lot of folks. I’m visiting family for the holidays and they don’t have ESPNU in their Cox account; going to have to either go somewhere or stream the game on my comp. Non-LSU/Auburn fans who don’t have ESPNU won’t make the same commitment to see a game that they may have otherwise been willing to watch.
Not the end of the world or anything, but they should really never relegate a top 20 matchup beyond ESPN2.

Tennessee/Alabama got the ESPN2 spot
Kentucky is Kentucky so they got the SECN
LSU/Auburn got ESPNU
It's not hard to see why those selections were made pre-season
