Think about CNS first year at Alabama. 6-6. Lots of transfers and early declarations. He implemented a work ethic that many did not want / buy into. We are in the same place. Older guys rather “get there money”. They don’t want to put in the short term work for the long term gain. Likewise, the coddled younger guys want the preferential treatment / love as opposed to being part of a team. CBK like CNS breaks down the ego and molds players into wanting to be part of the machine.

Assumption based off of his pretty long coaching history.

Did you not hear the story of how he locked the doors of the first meeting 5 minutes early and didn't let the slackers in?

is it really that much easier to write that than "Brian Kelly" and "Nick Saban"

CBK is an abbreviation for college basketball. Just type Brian Kelly. Its takes 3 extra seconds.

For real, OP is posting about work ethic but won't do the work to actually spell out the name.

I thought that was NCAAM? Or MBB. Never seen it referred to as CBK. Either way, I agree Brian Kelly is easy to type.

All you have to do is take a look at the changes in the weight room staff.
