He and Patrick were welcomed back, together again, for Sports Center about a week ago....right when MSNBC had their battle with NBC News and heads were falling. Maybe it was just a temporary stunt, or a part time deal...but they did not make it sound as such.

I'm pretty sure he is as blue as they come and southern states are as red as they get. He's not huge anywhere. His shows is always behind Fox and CNN and it's not even close.

Ok Atlanta so now you have confused us.....so is your opinion blue or red or are you still trying to decide.

I'm not sure, but I think ATL might be saying that just because he is a southerner doesnt mean he has redneck views. I could be wrong.

That is because the original discussion was mute as it is too early to discuss and who in the world lends any credence to MSNBC Sports. That would be like giving credibility to Nickelodeon Sports or Financial Advice from the Cartoon Network....well, maybe that is not too far fetched.

You're so stupid, you don't even know who red and blue represent! You must be an Obama supporter.

Hmmmm. I would have thought otherwise. You learn so much on the rant.

Red=Conservative
Blue=Liberal
This terminology came about after the 2000 election and most major newscasts used those colors to mark states. I too live in the ATL area and while downtown might have a liberal slant the metro area certainly does not! There is a reason GA has a Republican Gov and 2 Republican Senators!
Your opinion does count for something, but obviously it's not worth much.

Is that the channel where they have this one Republican ex-Congressman who went to Alabama and the ex-ESPN sportscaster is always kicking O'Reilly's arse.
Well, that's the news division. Don't know how liberal their sports guys are

You do realize that red dominance doesn't necessarily mean there are no liberals, right? The latest polls in Louisiana show that 40% plan to vote for Obama. Sure, we're still a red state, but that doesn't mean that Olbermann is liked by absolutely no one in Louisiana.
Good point. It works both ways, though. There are very few states which tilt more than 60/40 in one direction or the other.

It is appropriate that an Obama supporter would not know the difference between a blue and a red state. They only watch LPB, listen to NPR, and they have to be told what to say......So if 40% of the State of La. supports Obama then that 40% should go by the name Paul.

My bad for jumping all over that. But relieved to find a spec of Red in Atlanta.
