If you have the Paramount plus app you can go to the live section and CBS Sports will be listed there.
ETA: That’s how I watched the last LSU game that was on CBS Sports.

That channel never showed up as live for me. Had to use the ustv links through a browser on my shield.

I'm not sure if CBS Sports is on Paramount plus. There is a CBS Sports app that allows you to watch the CBS Sports channel for sure though. I'm watching WV/Baylor currently on it.
