Great leaders take their time. They sacrifice short term benefits for long term gains. It’s about time we had a leader around here. Kelly doesn’t care what you think or how fast you think he should do things. He signed a 10 year deal. Last coach we had like this was as guy named Nick Saban.

People around here are used to the loose lips that they have grown accustomed to over the last 15-20 years. Patience is not something that can be easily found in these parts.

At this point there’s no reason to not be patient. Dead period doesn’t end until mid January.
