Kelly said himself when intro’d as LSU’s coach that his priority was reaching out to the current LSU commits and establishing a relationship with them.

I imagine with ESD today, he’ll switch gears a bit and we’ll have the coaching staff completed shortly.

He’s done this before at Cincinnati and ND — people need to give him more than 2 weeks and quit expecting him to wave a magic wand and fix everything in a second.

Ever think maybe it’s because Baton Rouge specifically and Louisiana in general is a shithole? If you’re a good candidate, you’re a good candidate everywhere. Maybe you look at the location and say “nah, I’ll pass on the 49th or 50th worst
Place in the country to live and raise a family and wait for a position in a place my
Family will be better off living.
