Is Biden dumb enough to think that making Ukraine weaker and with less support is going to deter invasion?

We shouldn't be giving Ukraine anything. And how much of that "aid" is funneled into the hands of Hunter Biden and other family members of politicians who then kick up their share to the big guy or big girl? It's worse than the Mafia.
