He was pretty adamant to me that he was going to wait. “You never know what is going to happen with coaches leaving or things like that, so I don’t want to get locked in and then see a bunch of changes.”

He said in school visit with Jimbo Fisher and Tyler Santucci went well on Wednesday. He said it was sort of funny that he didn’t know the Texas DC was also coming by that day. So A&M showed up while Texas was still there. It was in the coaches office and Jimbo and Santucci were in the corner while the Texas coach finished up his spiel.

Perkins says he is still looking at A&M, LSU and Texas. I still really like where A&M is. Jimbo and Sark have used their in-homes but Brian Kelly plans to wait until January. But either way, he is still announcing at the under Armour game on January 2. And the Aggies are in good position.
