A young OC also learned under Mumme and Holgerson: OC at UH Shannon Dawson.

He's been successful at every stop except the 1 year he had at UK - where he was given no time to develop a QB for the Air Raid Stoops wanted to implement.

Grew up in LA. Has recruited LA, MS, KY, WV, TX and other states really well.

Mumme’s theory on always punting out of bounds while at UK is legendary. Always made sense to me.

Mumme and leach have impacted college football immensely.
As for the talent assembled by a coach, in saban’s short time at LSU he had Jimbo, Kirby, muschamp, Mel Tucker, Dooley, two time NFL head coach Adam Gase and even though he never should have been hired by Cleveland, Freddie Kitchens. That’s pretty impressive
